Capture’s Resource Services can provide:

• Immediately available experts for several competencies (e.g. Architects, Business Analysts, Business Consultants, Project & Program Managers, System Analysts, Software Developers, Test Managers, Test Engineers, etc.)
• A resource pool for short, medium- or long-term projects
• On-site or near-shore availability of experts
• An average lead time of 1-4 weeks for introducing suitable experts

In addition to the classic T&M (time and material) based cooperation, Capture has developed a hybrid solution to help clients set up their in-house testing competency:  selected external experts can be internalized after a 12-month outsourced period by clients. As an optional added service for the outsourced period, we offer to mentor team members to ensure their efficient integration into the Client environment and familiarity with local processes and systems. Upon request or in the case of junior testers, Capture can also provide ISTQB preparation training.
